• Uploads: All uploads are unmetered/unlimited and do not count towards your monthly data allocation. Just another reason why our customers love our plans.
• Peak and Off Peak Periods: Monthly data is spread over peak and off peak times

• Contract: Standalone packages are subject to month by month rolling contract only with a minimum 30 days notice of cancellation, a cancellation fee applies. When bundling Yourhub Broadband services with Yourhub Broadband Phone services a 1 year contract applies. You must accept our Standard Form of Agreement (SSFOA) and the ADSL2+ Service Specifications for your preferred plan before using yourhub Internet services.
• Bundling: When bundling Yourhub Broadband services with Yourhub’s Broadband Phone and or line rental you agree to a minimum period of 12 months contract.
• Static IP Address: All plans include a static IP address. This is useful for networking (VPN) requirements and for working from home with remote access when away from home.
• Email Accounts: Each Residential plan comes with a standard allocation of 1 email account. Additional accounts are available upon request.Get another Email Address Here
• ¹Shaping: Shaping is your safe guard each month from incurring excess usage charges on your monthly internet connection. Once you reach your monthly data usage limit peak and /or off peak it will be limited or shaped to a lower speed (64/64k) until the anniversary date of your connection. You have the option to upgrade your plan to a higher usage which will take effect within a few hours of application and will avoid shaping in the following months. Upgrade Here
• ²No contract: applies only to packages that are not bundled with line rental and or broadband phone services. A service cancellation fee applies upon cancellation of the non contract service.
• ³ADSL2+ & Phone Bundles: These packages include broadband phone services and marked prices do not include your standard line rental charges. Line rental charges are in addition to the displayed prices above when bundling your broadband phone and internet service.
• Upgrades: You can upgrade your plans monthly usage without penalty. Choose another plan of the same speed to avoid being shaped each month. (When changing your plan you are to maintain that plan or higher for a period of not less than 3 months).

Service Charges

• New Connection: $199.00 (Applies if you do not have ADSL currently on the specified phone number)
• Churn from and to ADSL2+: $180.00

• Service Cancellation: A cancellation fee for ADSL2+ & Telephony services and ADSL2+ Standalone packages of $250.00 for the Telephony service and a further charge of $99.00 for data services where no contract or 1 month rolling contract applies and is payable upon cessation of the services.
• Early Termination: When terminating a contract period prior to its expiry date an early termination fee is payable equal to 50% of the remaining term.
