You can elect for us to transfer your existing phone number or we can allocate you a new one, the choice is yours!

Our digital voice services are available for just an additional $9.95 per month, calls to other subscribers are totally free and local and national calls are just .10c per call all the time and you can talk as long as you like.

Yourhub customers can enjoy the benefit of accessing the internet away from home. Log into any Yourhub hotspot using your own username and password to access the internet and your emails. This offer is exclusive to Yourhub clients.

^{^}Shaping: Shaping is your safe guard each month from incurring excess usage charges on your monthly internet connection. Once you reach your monthly data usage limit it will be limited or shaped to a lower speed (TBA) until the until the new month. You have the option to upgrade your plan to a higher usage which will take effect within a few hours of application and will avoid shaping in the following months.

* WiFi: Includes access to Yourhub Wireless Hotspots. Use your internet connection away from home 24/7. Unused time and or data are not accumulative and will be lost at the end of each month.

¹ + Phone: For an additional $9.95 per month include Nettalk Phone. Turn off your existing analogue telephone service. and stop paying line rental and excessive call charges. Nettalk Phone Includes 100 calls per month FREE with outlined NBN packages ( local and national calls only). You can even keep your existing local telephone number, Yourhub can port the number from your previous telephone provider or we can allocate you a new local number, the choice is yours!.

Calls to Yourhub subscribers are totally FREE.

Local Calls - .10c per call (Talk as long as you like when you like for just .10c per call)

National Calls - .10c per call (Talk as long as you like when you like for just .10c per call)

Mobile calls - .13.5c per 30sec.

Contract: 24 months

Early Termination Fee: A fee of $200.00 is payable for early termination of contracts.

Static IP Address: TBA.

Email Accounts: Each residential plan receives a standard allocation of 1 email account. Additional accounts are available upon request.

Upgrades: There is no charge of an upgrade of plan to the same speed.

Mobile Calls: Mobile calls incur a flagfall of 27c per call.

Service Charges

New NBN Connection: $50.00AU (SPECIAL OFFER. LIMITED TIME ONLY)

Churn: $ TBA (Applies if you already have an NBN Internet service from another RSP (Retail Service Provider) and want to transfer the service to Yourhub.

Speed Change: You can elect to change the speed of your plan to a higher speed at any time. A fee of $40.00 applies for each speed change.
