• Uploads: All uploads and downlaods contribute towards your monthly data usage.
• Contract: A 1 year contract applies. You must accept our View Standard Form of Agreement (SSFOA) and the ADSL Naked Service Schedule for your preferred plan before using yourhub Internet services.
• Email Accounts: Each Residential plan comes with a standard allocation of 1 email account. Additional accounts are available upon request. Get another Email Address Here
• ¹Shaping: Shaping is your safe guard each month from incurring excess usage charges on your monthly internet connection. Once you reach your monthly data usage limit peak and /or off peak it will be limited or shaped to a lower speed (64/64k) until the anniversary date of your connection. You have the option to upgrade your plan to a higher usage which will take effect within a few hours of application and will avoid shaping in the following months.
• Upgrades: A charge of $99.00 applies to all plan upgrades or modification.

Service Charges

• New Connection: $199.00
• Upgrades from ADSL2+: $99.00 (For customers upgrading from ADSL2+ (Optus Network Only) to ADSL Naked.)
• Early Termination: When terminating a contract period prior to its expiry date an early termination fee is payable equal to 50% of the remaining term.
